Jim Haley - Coaching Unlimited, Inc.

Owner of Coaching Unlimited, Inc., Jim is a full-time High Performance Coach specializing in Executive, Life, and Sport Coaching. Using the performance and communication science of Neuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP), and his extensive experience as a highly effective business leader, Jim has developed a unique form of coaching to help clients maximize their performance quickly and easily. His television appearances include OCN and KOCE.

As an Executive Coach, Jim provides companies with a wide variety of business trainings including: leadership and communication training, customer service and sales training, roles and goals specification, systems and process alignment, and project management. He specializes in helping companies develop their business: Vision, Mission, Structure, and Strategy. His past and current clients include: State Farm, The American Golf Corporation, Chevron, Saddleback Publishing, the Law Offices of George Hannen, Serenity Wellness Center, and Pacifica Orthopedics.

As a Life Coach, Jim works with his clients to develop effective strategies to move beyond their personal, business, and health challenges. Using his broad knowledge of NLP, Jim empowers his clients to overcome such issues as: low self esteem, relationship problems, shyness, fears, performance anxiety, phobias, trauma, serious and minor illnesses, depression, addiction, and grief. He also guides clients to discover their personal life mission and calling.

As a Sports Coach, Jim has worked with a number of amateur and professional athletes. Using a process known as “Performance Modeling,” he helps athletes move beyond the fear of competition, neutralize limiting beliefs, change unwanted behaviors, and discover their own personal strategy for producing Peak Performance.

Owner and president of Coaching Unlimited, Inc., Jim holds a BS Degree in Physical Education; he is a certified Master Practioner and Coach/Modeler of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), he is the former General Manager of SeaCliff Tennis Club, the Founder the famous Top Gun Tennis Tournament, and the former General Manager of the Newport Beach Breakers, World TeamTennis. Jim is also an Associate Coach with the Leading Clinic in Seattle, WA.
